Wesley G. Tauble
Founder / Managing Partner
Mr. Taubel has an extensive background in real estate development and construction, having built or developed over $650M of real estate, primarily mixed-use and multifamily. He has a deep knowledge of medium to high density developments having entitled and master planned in excess of $1B of urban, mixed-use projects. In his role at TWO Capital Partners, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm, sourcing opportunities, and managing the entire development and acquisition process for the projects the firm undertakes.
Mr. Taubel co-founded TWO Capital Partners in 2010, leaving a leadership position with a vertically-integrated national real estate company. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, and is an active member of ULI and NMHC. Mr. Taubel is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Building Science and a minor in Business. He graduated with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, earning his MBA and membership in the National Business Honorary Society, Beta Gamma Sigma.
Ralph B. Wilson, III
Founder / Managing Partner
In his role at TWO Capital, Mr. Wilson is responsible for the overall operations and management of the firm with a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions, structuring, investment management, and new developments. With over a decade of experience gained on the sponsor side, Mr. Wilson is able to think creatively, providing key deal structures and solutions that enable TWO Capital Partners to take on complex opportunities. He has overseen the acquisition and development of over $300 million for the company in both multifamily and commercial investments. Prior to founding TWO Capital Partners Mr. Wilson was a finance director for Ambling Companies, Inc., a full service multi-family real estate development firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. In his role as finance director, he was responsible for all aspects of project finance and asset management.
Mr. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional affiliated with best green practices for new developments and project renovations. He is currently a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
Sean O’Brien
Founder / Managing Partner
In his role at TWO Capital, Mr. O’Brien is responsible for overall management of the firm with particular focus on retail and office acquisitions, leasing, key tenant relationship management and site investigation. He has also led TWO Capital Partners in raising over $60 Million in equity for its various projects. With over two decades of experience in real estate, Mr. O’Brien brings a vast transactional knowledge and experience to the team.
As a supplement to the TWO Capital Partners platform, Mr. O’Brien also owns O’Brien & Company, a full service real estate consulting and brokerage company. Founded in 2003, O’Brien & Company has completed over 900 real estate transactions in the capacity of tenant representation for such clients as Staples, Gander Mountain, Home Depot, RadioShack, GameStop, C2 Education, Arby’s Stoney River Steakhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings, to name a few. The firm differentiates itself through rigorous market research, intimate knowledge of clients’ needs and focused, detailed performance modeling of retail units.
Mr. O’Brien graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and Site Source Retail Brokerage Network.
Will Chapman
President, Operations
As President of TRL, Will is responsible for all business activities and the strategic direction of TRL and any subsidiaries, with direct oversight of the Company’s residential real estate investments, projects, and partners. Will leads a team that focuses on growing TRL’s portfolio through residential development, acquisitions, asset management, property managers, financing, investor relations, and capital markets. Prior to joining TRL, Will was President of LMC Investments (A Lennar Company), where he grew and led the investments and asset management of a $10B residential portfolio of over 20,000 units
Jackson Carlton
Analyst, Development
Jackson’s primary responsibilities include analyzing new investments, market analysis, and leading the closing process for new deals. He also leads the due diligence process for new transactions with equity and lenders. Prior to joining TRL, Jackson was an Analyst with Truist Securities where he managed corporate facilities for private equity clients. He is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a BA in Finance and Real Estate.
Sam McArthur
Vice President, Capital Markets
Sam McArthur is responsible for overseeing and leading the capitalization and financing efforts for all new developments and acquisitions across the company’s platform, growing and maintaining TRL’s relationships with lenders and investors, and running point on asset management for the firm. Prior to joining TRL, Sam worked at Highwood Residential and Nuveen Real Estate Investment Management where he was responsible for originating debt and equity across all major real estate asset classes. Sam is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration and later completed his MBA at UNC Kenan- Flager Business School.
Zack Waddell
Vice President, Construction & Development
Zack is responsible for leading and overseeing the construction and development management operations team at TWO Construction Co. (TCC) including Construction Management for TWO Capital’s development projects and TCC’s General Contracting projects. Zack is particularly well versed in pre-development and pre-construction and is a licensed general contractor in the state of Georgia. Zack is an Auburn Building Science graduate and gained his experience working with various development and construction companies throughout his professional career.
Matt Reck
Construction Manager
Matthew is responsible for overseeing TWO Capital’s residential developments from both a development and construction standpoint in both the field and office. Matthew offers an unrelenting drive and attention to detail on the developments he manages. Matthew graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Civil Engineering and has since worked for large reputable construction companies; Blattner Energy and Brasfield & Gorrie.
Stephen Koenig
PreConstruction & Design Manager
Stephen is responsible for managing the preconstruction and design of TWO Construction and TWO Capital’s residential projects . Stephen has a profound attention to detail and is very methodical and tactful in the way he manages development and construction. Stephen graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has subsequently worked for several Atlanta based general contractors.
Zach Moore
Construction Manager
Zach manages the construction for TWO Capital’s residential and private equity divisions. Zach is a U.S. Navy Veteran and gained extensive experience with construction, heavy equipment operation, and many other specialty construction trades during his years of service with the Navy. Zach graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Construction Management, and subsequently worked with Choate Construction in both the field and office.
Caleb Haywood
Construction Manager
Caleb is responsible for managing the horizontal development and construction operations for several of TWO Capital’s residential Tessa projects. In the years following his graduation he worked for General Contractors specializing in commercial and multifamily construction projects where he developed a strong affinity for project management. Preceding Caleb’s professional career in construction, Caleb spent four years serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Caleb attended Kennesaw State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
Breck DeHart
Director Acquisitions, Retail
Breck is responsible for retail development and leasing efforts under the Take 5, Scrub Hub and TWO Capital brands. Breck leads a team of engineers, architects, lawyers and brokers in expanding/managing TWO’s private equity brands and third-party development business. Breck brought an extensive background in leasing and development from SJC Ventures and TWP. He is a graduate of Auburn University’s Harbert School of Business.
