The proposed site is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, day care, medical providers, and Heritage Elementary and Middle School. The site enjoys over 15K vehicular trips per day along Rogers Road. Over the next 5 years, the primary market area is projected to add 22,893 people and 7,906 households for overall growth of 17.8% and 16.6% respectively.
